Birch Bay Square & The Market at Birch Bay

A very extensive face lift was given to this aging strip mall. The end result was an unrecognizable transformation from a dreary old shopping center to a new and inviting modern place to shop. Specific challenges included working on the facility with tenants still operating out of their stores. A lot of effort was put into coordination to make sure that construction was not affecting the tenants and their shoppers.
