Parkview Elementary School Addition

Parkview Elementary was running out of room for common space and using their gym for a cafeteria, making it hard to keep things organized and efficient. The school also lacked a large covered play area for our rainy West Coast weather and needed to improve the outdoor traffic flow. This addition and renovation project consisted of a new single-story addition that will house a cafeteria, kitchen, music classroom and stage. Interior improvements include an updated gym and renovated bathrooms. This project is being completed in two stages. The first stage was the gym renovations when the school was out for the summer. A second stage started when school was back in session. Faber is focused on maintaining a safe work environment and egress for the students at Parkview.
