Faber Construction, a leading general contractor in Western Washington, is making strong progress on the Fisherman’s Harbor project at the Port of Everett, a key piece of the area’s ongoing waterfront redevelopment. The project will introduce two new commercial buildings designed to enhance the waterfront with dining, entertainment, and retail spaces.

What To Expect

The development includes Building A6, a 6,000-square-foot structure, and Building A12, a 12,000-square-foot space featuring high, exposed wood ceilings for a warm, open feel. A standout feature of Building A12 is its waterfront-facing deck, offering breathtaking views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains—a major attraction for future visitors.

Faber Construction is working on an acceleration schedule to maintain the original completion target of June 9, focusing on delivering the core and shell construction on time. Ongoing discussions with the Port of Everett may refine the timeline based on tenant readiness and budget considerations.

Like many large-scale construction projects, Fisherman’s Harbor has faced steel design challenges and wood material delays.
