207 Harris Avenue Renovation
This Port of Bellingham warehouse was suffering from a leaking roof and a failing building envelope and in dire need of a face lift. We re-coated the existing metal roof with a waterproof fluid membrane roofing system, prepped and painted the entire building exterior and installed a backflow prevention device on the water system. Due to it’s close proximity on the water, great project management and in-depth work plans were needed to ensure water containment so that run-off would be filtered. With the project being later in the year we encountered weather restraints, dew and temperature issues and needed to be diligent in watching for over spray because of the critical water way. Despite these challenges Faber managed to complete this project on time and on budget.
