Affinity at Bellingham
A four-story apartment building for seniors is being developed in Bellingham and Faber’s civil division is preparing the ground work for the new location. We’ve been busy clearing and grading the 7.8 acres for the active senior community and our work is near completion. Sitework has been challenging for the Inland Group as the work started in the beginning of the cold, wet winter and conditions have been quite soggy. Dump trucks coming and going was a familiar sight as 100,000 cubic yards of dirt and gravel were moved. Other sitework included prepping for a saltwater swimming pool, parking garages and commercial space.
