Community Transit Office Renovation

This project was the complete remodel of a concrete tilt building for Community Transit in Everett, WA. This two-story, 70,000 square foot building was equipped with all new electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural upgrade. It also included a new data center, lighting, A/V communications, and all new furniture and finishes. This building was transformed into an absolutely beautiful two-story office building for Community Transit.
