North City Water District Maintenance Facility

This project involved the new construction of an office and shop building for the North City Water District. The building was a combination of a pre-engineered steel building (PEMB) and a new wood structure. Faber enjoyed working with the owner and architects and using our extensive knowledge in PEMB construction to design and value engineer this building to best fit the owner’s vision.
