Stonegate Lot 7
This metal building located in the Stonegate Industrial Park in Ferndale was completed in 5 short months. It features insulated panels, steel roof beams and a standing seam metal roof. A loading dock, multiple overhead doors, and a customized entry enables the building to have almost any kind of business type housed inside. With the warehouse being only 2 inches from the property line one side required thick insulated panels installed to prevent fires from breaking out and spreading to the adjacent property.
