Swinomish Chevron Remodel
The Swinomish Chevron Remodel and Building Upgrades project consisted of updating an outdated convenience store into a modern and upscale place to buy tobacco, liquor, snacks and deli options. Extensive renovations were made on the exterior of the building, including a ‘Northern Light’ glowing lighting application. On the interior nearly a full gut was performed and completely new finishes and furnishings were installed. The new deli section will have a plethora of options to choose from, making this not-your-typical convenience store. A large hurdle on this project was working through the phased construction plan, enabling the owner to stay in operation and continue sales. Continued communication and flexibility on both sides allowed this work successfully.
A standalone drive-thru smoke shop was also built to help with the flow of traffic and keep the main store from being clogged with quick purchases.
