I have worked with more contractors than I can remember over my 30+ years in construction and property management. Faber Construction and their staff rank among the very best and will provide the highest quality of craftsmanship and deliver a product you’ll be proud of for many years to come. Faber’s staff is very proactive and forward thinking in their approach when working with the end user. They go to great lengths asking questions up front so that you’re not hit with change orders in the back end.

I would highly recommend Faber Construction for any project big or small if your goal is to have it “done right”.

Faber’s construction team were very helpful in seeing the big picture in maintaining the schedule and in solving issues during construction. Our client, Port of Skagit County, was very interested in limiting change orders and building a first class project. The total change order percentage was less than ½ of 1% which was excellent.

The key things that we needed was somebody to be very responsible, very up front and ready to go. Faber Construction stepped up to the plate and helped us with a tight time frame and there’s a lot of respect to Faber for helping us out. We’re excited about the project and we love the way it turned out and enjoy sharing it with the community.

Our capital remodeling project held many challenges. You never know what you’ll find when you cut into a building that is 105 years old, and we had to accomplish the remodel while still running our services out of the structure. Faber Construction was heroic in making our project work. We can’t thank them enough.
