Puget Sound Energy Generating Station Addition & Parking Lot
The PSE station in Sumas had little to no parking and required additional room to function and store material. To give them a bit more room to grow, a 680 sq ft pre-engineered metal enclosed addition with windows and a roll up door was added on to the existing PEMB shop building. The installation of a 30,000 sq ft parking lot through our civil division solved the parking need. Faber put in a 400′ retaining wall and imported 2,000 cubic yards of dirt to raise and level the new parking lot. All the work was performed in the short 2 month schedule the client required.
