Fire Station #28 USAR Building

This project will provide the City of Seattle with an outbuilding for Urban Search and Rescue and will house vehicles and emergency supplies used for disaster response. Included in the project was demolition, site work including excavation, grading and paving, the construction of a metal building with vehicle and personnel doors. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and landscaping where also included in the scope of work. A tight site, limited staging space and an occupied fire station near by required some challenging logistics to work around.
